Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Solar Raiders Energy Pvt. Ltd. ("Solar Raiders", "we", "us") collects through solarraiders.in, and how it's used. It applies only to this website — not to WhatsApp, Google, or any other third-party platform you may use to contact us, each of which has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form, the quick-quote popup, or click a Call/WhatsApp button on this site, you may provide: your name, phone number, approximate location or taluka, approximate monthly electricity bill, and your solar capacity requirement. This information is provided voluntarily by you.

This website does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising pixels, and does not sell or share visitor data with third parties.

How your information is used

Details you enter into the enquiry form or quote popup are sent directly to Solar Raiders' WhatsApp number as a pre-filled message when you tap "Send" — this website does not store that information in a database. Once received on WhatsApp, it's used only to follow up on your solar enquiry: to schedule a site survey, prepare a quotation, and assist with your PM Surya Ghar subsidy application if you proceed with an installation.

Data retention

Enquiry details you send us over WhatsApp or by phone are retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support your installation. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Third parties

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the relevant electricity distribution company (DISCOM) solely where required to process your PM Surya Ghar subsidy application, documentation, or net-metering request, and only with your knowledge as part of that process.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit any personal information through this site and instead contact us by phone. You can also ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted.
